Simple manners

A “thank you” or an “I’m sorry” goes a long way.

So when someone tells you that they’re upset by something you did, try saying that you’re sorry (and meaning it). It takes a giant edge off of the tension created but one party being upset. Especially if they’re upset enough to say something. People have feelings DON’T IGNORE THEM!!!

When someone does sow thing for you, try saying thank you. Even if it’s something they do daily, a thank you every now and then makes the person feel better. Again, people have feelings.

Please, don’t dismiss my anger with a list of reason why you didn’t do something, just say sorry. I have feelings, they get hurt, they’re really hurt if I say something. I try to remain very respectful of people. Remember the saying, “Be the change you want to see in the world.” I’m tired of being the only one.
